At Betterment Homes CIC we believe that 'it takes a village to raise a child', and supportive communities to establish healthy families. That's why the importance of a wholesome community is built into the heart of our services. We believe everyone should be able to live in a home in a thriving community that is affordable and meets all of their needs. We strive for inclusivity and work together with Local Authorities and reputable registered care providers to support families, individuals and those with care needs to find their happy home in a kind, caring and compassionate community. We will be with you every step of the way to help manage your home so you never have to worry. Your happiness, satisfaction and independence are important to us.
Our journey started with the company’s director and founder, who having lived in social housing, and worked in both, supported living and domiciliary care settings, saw the need for not only better quality care and support, but access to affordable accommodation to suit a variety of needs. With a background in care spanning over 20 years, including recruiting clinical and non-clinical staff they were inspired to improve the systems already in place regarding housing providers, and how people can be better supported to access and manage their homes and communities. They want to give the meaning of community rejuvenation and rebirth to give it a more positive, inclusive and inspiring meaning. Betterment Homes CIC foster a quality, person-centered approach to accommodation, support and management that will trailblaze and redefine the private and social housing industry.
